1. Pick a package that suits you best - Let us provide service with exceptional value to you and your business

We know that everyone's needs are different and every business has a different budget. We have created 3 fixed price packages to choose from. We will discuss the packages on our initial call and determine which one will bring you the most value. Since every business's needs are different we price each customer individually. Pricing will be determined up front with no surprises.

2. Initial Chat - Let us get to know you and your business goals

Once you are ready to get started we would like to get to know a little about you and your business. Start by booking a time that works best for you for a complimentary call.

We conduct our initial chat over the phone or through Zoom (depending on your preference). 

3. Onboarding - Bring your systems online and experience the easier side of accounting!

We will do the heavy lifting to transition your existing software to our system. After the transition is complete we will teach you how to use your new apps and work together to improve your business systems. Plus all of our plans give you ongoing access to an accountant for any questions using your preferred contact method (phone, text, zoom, etc.) at no extra cost!

How are you different from a traditional accountant?


Unlike traditional accountants who you just see at tax time, we are very hands on and want to be involved in the day to day operations, decisions and growth of your business. This provides you with more insight into the financial state of your business in real time and gives you the ability to make proactive decisions. We tailor are packages to meet specific needs so you aren't charged for services you don't need. We also believe that you shouldn't be charged everytime you email or call your accountant so all packages come with unlimited support at no extra cost.




Do you only provide cloud accounting services?


If you aren't ready to make the move to cloud accounting, fear not! We are still able to assist your business the traditional way. Along with corporate accounting and bookkeeping, we also offer personal tax return services.




Do you only service construction businesses?


We service clients in all industries but have extensive knowledge in the plumbing, electrical, construction and landscaping industries. We also offer solutions to simplify progress invoicing and project costing so that project profitability is available in real time.




How much does it cost and how do you bill?


It depends.

It's probably not the answer you'd like to hear because at the very least, you'd like to see a range.

As we work with many organizations of different sizes, prices vary depending on complexity, urgency, size and the services you'll need.

Rather than set pricing expectations that may not match your unique situation, we'd love you to reach out and go through our discovery process. At this point, we'll be able to provide specific prices and options to work within your situation.
We accept all major credit cards or direct debit (whatever is most convient for you).
